We review your part design to identify risks, inefficiencies, or manufacturing obstacles. When needed, we suggest improvements that simplify mold execution, reduce production cycles, and improve overall reliability, without compromising the function or design intent of the part.

Not all parts can be molded the same way. We determine the most effective technical approach for your mold, including the use of sliders, lifters, inserts, collapsible cores, unscrewing mechanisms, and other complex mechanisms where needed. Our strength lies in solving challenging moldability problems with smart, executable solutions.

We design high-performance molds using optimized CAD/CAM workflows for injection of up to four thermoplastic materials, rubber, and thermosets. This includes the full mold layout – cooling, ejection, parting lines, and cavity/core detail – as well as the machining strategies required for serial production.

We machine and assemble molds in-house using high-precision equipment and modern tooling strategies, including custom electrodes and hardened inserts. For specific components or capacity scaling, we rely on a network of trusted manufacturing partners, maintaining full control of quality, tolerances, and final assembly at our facilities.

We diagnose and fix problems in existing molds, whether we built them or not. This includes wear issues, design flaws, or performance inefficiencies. When possible, we also suggest upgrades to extend mold life or adapt it to new production needs.

We offer practical guidance on part design, moldflow analysis, moldability issues, and tooling decisions, either as standalone consulting or as part of a production workflow. Whether it’s solving a specific issue or coordinating a full project through our network of partners, we step in where needed to move your work forward with clarity and accountability.
